Supported Living
Supported Living Services
At Comprehensive Care, we offer a range of Supported Living options designed to meet the unique needs, preferences, and aspirations of each individual. Our accommodations are modern, comfortable, and designed to empower service users to take control of their lives, make informed choices, and build greater independence.
Independent Living
Service users can choose to live independently in their own flat or house, receiving as much or as little support as required. This can be arranged within one of our existing properties or through a new property sourced via our trusted housing partners tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
Shared Living
For individuals not yet ready to live alone, we facilitate shared living arrangements with others who have similar goals of independence. Service users have their own private space while enjoying the benefits of shared communal areas, peer support, and reduced household costs.
Apartment Living
This option offers the best of both worlds—privacy and the opportunity to socialise. Each service user has a modern apartment and access to shared communal spaces, giving them the freedom to choose when and how they engage with others. These accommodations have been developed in collaboration with our housing partners and are a popular choice among individuals seeking balanced independence.
Stepping-Stone Accommodation
Ideal for those transitioning to long-term solutions, this option provides a stable, supportive environment while individuals build the skills and confidence needed for more independent living. Our team works closely with each person to plan their future and prepare for the next step in their journey.
Addiction Recovery & Relapse Prevention Services
A structured roadmap for staying in recovery and rebuilding life.
We offer Structured Recovery Support for people after treatment or detox, combining coaching, therapy, and real-world reintegration support to reduce relapse risk and build lasting recovery.
Many people complete detox or rehab and are discharged back into the same environments where addiction began. Without structured support, relapse risk is highest in the first weeks and months after treatment.
Our Aftercare & Relapse Prevention Programme provides structured, practical, and ongoing support to help individuals stabilise, rebuild their lives, and maintain long-term recovery.

This programme is designed for individuals who are:
Leaving residential rehab or detox

Respite Care
We offer Respite Care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities, and the elderly. This service can be provided either in one of our supported living accommodations or in the comfort of your own home.
Our respite care gives families and caregivers a well-deserved break, offering flexible care with no long-term commitment. Service users can choose the duration of their respite, whether it’s a short stay or longer, simply by calling to make a booking.
Live In Care
Live-in care is when a trained professional carer stays with you or your loved one at home to provide ongoing care and support.
Carers are carefully matched on their skills to deliver high-quality care, and by their personalities to enrich and compliment your lifestyle.
Live-in care can be arranged on a short-term (respite) basis or as long-term care, and we also offer specialist services for those living with complex conditions at home.
We offer a personalised live-in service for service users who wish to remain in their own homes but have 24hrs care needs. Our 24 hour Live-In Care is tailored to meet these needs by experienced staff.
End Of Life
Death and dying are unavoidable parts of life, and living as fully as possible until the end is something we all hold dear. It is essential to meet the needs of individuals at all stages of life who are facing dying, death, and bereavement, along with their families, caregivers, and communities, while considering their values, preferences, and desires.
Providing personalized care in the final year(s) or months of life leads to a more meaningful experience, centred on what matters most to the individual, and helps create more sustainable health and care services.
